Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions including SaaS and software licensing agreements
• Provide guidance on risks and liabilities associated with commercial transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and develop best practices

Required Qualifications

• JD degree or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including 2-3 years with cloud-based services
• Demonstrated experience with software-as-a-service and software licensing agreements
• Proficiency in data security and privacy regulations
• Experience in a deadline-driven sales environment
