Senior Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Driving profitable growth across the commercial lines portfolio, the full-time Senior Commercial Lines Strategy Manager will leverage data and market insights to enhance underwriting performance and improve customer experience in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of profitability initiatives, pricing strategies, and quality assurance programs
• Analyze competitive trends and market intelligence to build strategic recommendations for underwriting guidelines and business processes
• Develop and maintain tools for agency analysis and individual risk underwriting to optimize portfolio performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in commercial lines or comparable experience in the U.S. Property & Casualty industry
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation or other industry designations preferred
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in qualitative and quantitative techniques and data analytics
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and project teams within the insurance sector
