Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, full-time position, this role involves independently managing complex litigation matters, handling sophisticated commercial disputes, and developing litigation strategies while mentoring junior attorneys and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle sophisticated commercial, construction, and government-related disputes in state and federal courts
• Develop litigation strategy, draft dispositive motions, and prepare persuasive legal arguments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience
• Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience
• Second-chair trial experience required; first-chair trial experience strongly preferred
• Experience representing sophisticated commercial, government, contractor, or institutional clients
• Juris Doctor from a well-regarded law school
