Senior Commercial Loan Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting pre-closing, regulatory, and closing activities, the full-time Senior Commercial Loan Administrator will manage quality control reviews of commercial loan documentation and collaborate with lending teams to ensure accurate and compliant loan closings in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of commercial loan documentation for accuracy and consistency
• Review draft loan documents to ensure alignment with bank policy and credit approval terms
• Assist with client due diligence requirements and support customer requests related to loan servicing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
• 5-7 years of prior paralegal, commercial lending loan administration, or closing experience on $10MM-$50MM+ commercial transactions
• Strong understanding of the commercial lending process, compliance, and regulations
• High confidence in reviewing and understanding legal loan documents and contract terms
• Basic understanding of loan and lending systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Applications
