Senior Commercial Loan Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting pre-closing and regulatory activities, the full-time Senior Commercial Loan Administrator will ensure the accuracy and compliance of commercial loan documentation while collaborating with Lending Teams and Operations for high-quality closings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality control reviews of commercial loan documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance with bank policies
• Review draft loan documents with the Line of Business to align with credit approval terms and loan system compatibility
• Assist with client due diligence requirements and support customer requests related to loan servicing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
• 5-7 years of experience in paralegal, commercial lending loan administration, or closing on transactions of $10MM-$50MM+
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, compliance, and loan types/products
• High confidence in reviewing legal loan documents and contract terms
• Basic understanding of loan and lending systems and proficiency in Microsoft Applications
