Senior Commercial Loan Processor

Job Summary

Providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Commercial Loan Processor will manage the processing of commercial loans from pre-approval to closing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies
• Coordinate with relationship managers, underwriters, and title companies to ensure timely closings
• Train and support the Commercial Loan Processor II in loan processing tasks

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years of experience in commercial loan documentation
• Two years of experience with commercial loan documentation systems, such as LaserPro
• Advanced knowledge of business lending regulations and complex loan structures
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
