Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Documentation Fulfillment Specialist to facilitate loan settlements and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on commercial loan parties and collateral, ensuring all required information is obtained and reviewed
• Coordinate with bank counsel to review documentation for compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards
• Prepare and monitor internal closing checklists, ensuring alignment with bank requirements and timely settlement of loans

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor Degree preferred in business or related field
• 5 or more years of paralegal experience related to legal review of commercial loan documentation
• 3 or more years of experience with commercial lending functions
• 5 or more years of customer service experience preferred
• Paralegal certification preferred
