Senior Commercial Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as the primary resource after credit approval, the full-time Senior Commercial Fulfillment Documentation Specialist will facilitate loan settlements, manage due diligence, and ensure compliance with lending regulations while working remotely within the Fulton Bank footprint and traveling quarterly to headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on parties and collateral for commercial loans, ensuring all required information is obtained and reviewed
• Coordinate with bank counsel to review documentation, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards
• Communicate with clients, relationship managers, and third parties to ensure efficient documentation collection and loan processing

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, administration, or related field
• 5 or more years of paralegal experience related to legal review of commercial loan documentation
• 3 or more years of experience with commercial lending functions, including various types of loans
• 5 or more years of experience with attorney closings and review of commercial loan documents
• Paralegal certification preferred
