Senior Commercial Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Commercial Loan Specialist will manage complex modifications, charge-offs, and other intricate items related to commercial loans while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance scalability and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and various customers, handling daily reports and software updates
• Assists in training team members and acts as an escalation point for complex issues within the team
• Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement operational plans and policies that promote efficiency and compliance

Required qualifications

• Associates degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, preferably in loans or operations
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and ability to learn banking software programs
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization
