Senior Commercial Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Providing data-driven insights and operational support, the full-time Senior Commercial Operations Analyst will develop commercial dashboards, analyze market data, and support forecasting efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and automate commercial dashboards and KPI reporting across all markets
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and revenue opportunities
- Serve as the primary analytical partner to the VP of Commercial and State Sales Managers, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and PivotTables
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources like Headset or BDSA preferred
