Job Summary

Driving the business value agenda, the full-time Senior Commercial Operations Associate will manage metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support strategic priorities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business value roadmap, tracking metrics and driving high-impact opportunities to execution
• Coordinate cross-functional work, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Marketing, and Client Success
• Champion an experimentation mindset, identifying opportunities for value and efficiency across the organization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive complex challenges to resolution
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to building initiatives
• Experience designing tests and drawing defensible conclusions from data
• Ability to communicate complex frameworks effectively to senior stakeholders
