Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor and operational leader, the full-time Senior Commercial Operations Business Partner will support the go-to-market organization by improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and GTM process effectiveness in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Own forecasting and pipeline management processes to enhance accuracy and alignment with commercial objectives
  • Analyze revenue trends and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
  • Design and optimize GTM processes across opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and billing
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
  • Experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and KPI development
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
  • Experience with lead-to-cash processes including opportunity management and billing
