Senior Commercial Project Manager

Job Summary

To support project execution and financial oversight, the full-time Senior Commercial Project Manager will manage customer contracts from sales to completion, ensuring profitability and effective risk management while collaborating with various stakeholders, either onsite in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, or remotely for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project P&L and cash flow performance, addressing cost over-runs and preparing accurate financial forecasts
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial contracts, managing a risk registry and implementing lessons learned
• Engage in commercial negotiations and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field
• CPM Certification Level C or Small Project S
• Knowledge of accounting principles aligned with Financial Reporting Guidelines and US GAAP
• Experience in financial planning and controlling, with a strong understanding of project controlling requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or MBA
