Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support mortgage banking and investment sales professionals in sourcing and executing business
• Lead deal processing from applications to closings and review due diligence materials for real estate transactions
• Analyze commercial and multifamily real estate, generating valuations and preparing formal loan submissions for lenders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position sizing Multifamily loans for GSEs (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring and directing junior analysts on projects and deal-related tasks
• Ability to interface effectively with external parties, including real estate owners and capital providers
