Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination, documentation, and closing of commercial real estate loan investments
- Review title insurance commitments and borrower formation documentation to ensure compliance and security
- Execute funding processes, including finalizing and transmitting loan documents and coordinating with escrow
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in real estate or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in closing commercial real estate loans
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience with a financial institution, legal, or title company
- Real estate finance, title company, or legal background
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
