Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team, specializing in recruiting sales professionals in the biotech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy and execution for assigned roles, focusing on clinical genomic sales positions
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers and commercial leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in recruiting B2B field sales professionals, preferably in biotech or related industries
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring sales professionals in complex, regulated industries
• Strong understanding of clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine is a plus
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
