Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full process of valuation requests, from appraisal procurement to review report completion
• Review appraisal reports for compliance with regulations and internal policies, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Coordinate resolution of appraisal deficiencies and monitor regulatory standards impacting the valuation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing commercial property appraisals
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate, banking, or financial industry
• Property/Real Estate Management or Certified Real Estate Appraiser designation
• Strong understanding of USPAP and federal appraisal regulatory requirements
