Job Summary

Providing nationwide title services, the full-time Senior Commercial Title Examiner will compile and examine public records to assess the legal condition of commercial or industrial property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the liabilities and insurability of property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while working under limited supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience in examining titles for commercial or industrial properties
