Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite a wide range of lending products efficiently and in compliance with credit policies
• Collaborate with Business Development Officers and analyze new deal packages for completeness
• Prepare credit narratives and negotiate closing documentation with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to self-train and adapt to various IT systems and procedures
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
• Experience in mentoring and training less experienced team members
