Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite a range of lending products efficiently while managing credit risk
• Collaborate with Business Development Officers and conduct due diligence on new deals
• Mentor and train analysts and oversee the closing documentation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in secured lending
• Thorough knowledge of underwriting for Asset Based deals
• Preferred background in Asset-Based field examinations
• Strong business acumen and customer focus
