Senior Commissioning Advisor

Job Summary

Leading the commissioning activities for a combined cycle power plant, the full-time Senior Commissioning Advisor will ensure systems are installed, tested, and operational in compliance with project specifications and safety standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed commissioning plans and coordinate activities with project management, engineering, and operations teams
• Lead and supervise commissioning personnel and oversee the testing and validation of plant systems
• Ensure accurate documentation of commissioning procedures and prepare progress updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum of 7 years of commissioning experience in the power generation industry, specifically with combined cycle power plants
• Ability to travel and work remotely at construction sites
• Experience in a leadership role with project and contractor planning and coordination skills
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
