Senior Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Commissions Analyst will manage the calculation of commissions in Xactly, ensuring timely and accurate payments while providing insightful business expense performance analyses to management.

Key responsibilities

• Configuring and managing new compensation plan implementations and changes on Xactly, including administrative operations and workflow streamlining
• Overseeing day-to-day commission administration in Xactly Incent to ensure accurate and timely commission payments
• Preparing commission approval documents and conducting meetings for SOX compliance while partnering with the Accounting team on monthly accruals and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting a sales organization or similar incentivized environment
• Previous experience with Xactly
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
