Senior Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commissions Analyst to join their Finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate commission and bonus calculations on a monthly basis
• Support the plan document auditing process and engage in ongoing reporting and analysis
• Maintain and streamline processes related to global commission workflows and provide cross-departmental support

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commissions or variable compensation role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency with CaptivateIQ
• Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism
