Senior Commissions Analyst
Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate calculation of commissions, the remote Senior Commissions Analyst will manage monthly commission calculations, update commission plans, and develop reports while collaborating with the Commissions Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate monthly accrued commissions and ensure timely payouts during month-end close
- Update the commission system with employee and commission plan changes as needed
- Prepare and validate commission reports, providing accurate responses to employee inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of commission or payroll experience
- Familiarity with SQL and general database functions is a plus
- Experience with Xactly Incent Commission System preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables
