Senior Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end commission process for a global sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Commissions Analyst will calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions, analyze large volumes of data for reporting, and maintain documentation while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions in alignment with the Annual Compensation Plan
• Analyze and organize data into clear reports for multiple stakeholders, including Sales and Finance
• Research and resolve commission payment discrepancies and communicate processes across the sales organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in commission or incentive compensation processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and PivotTables
• Experience with ERP and CRM solutions, particularly Oracle EBS and Salesforce
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to explain complex calculations clearly
