Job Summary
Senior Commissions Operations Manager, a full-time position responsible for overseeing deal structure, approval governance, and commission operations to ensure accurate and timely compensation for sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deal desk processes and approval workflows
- Ensure accurate opportunity data and manage the handoff between Sales and Finance
- Calculate and distribute commission payouts while maintaining compliance and resolving disputes
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations
- Proven deal desk experience, including order form management
- Experience managing sales commissions and using commission platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including CPQ and reporting
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company with subscription billing
