Senior Commodity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Commodity Manager, Graphite & Mechanical Components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for graphite materials and mechanical components
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers while building strong partnerships and driving performance improvements
• Lead pricing and performance negotiations, ensuring materials meet technical specifications and support business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical), Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree or CPSM certification preferred
• 15+ years of experience in commodity management or strategic sourcing, focusing on graphite materials and mechanical components
• Experience in energy, aerospace, or semiconductor industries is preferred
• Deep technical knowledge of graphite properties and high-temperature applications
• Proficient in ERP systems and procurement tools, with experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
