Senior Communication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Communication Specialist for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position plays a critical role in the Medicare Part D Communications Team
• Track and monitor member communications to ensure timely implementation and resolution of issues
• Facilitate updates to all communications throughout the yearly readiness cycle

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior experience with Medicare Part D operations
• 1+ years of experience in compiling and editing documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• 1+ years of project management or account management experience
• 3+ years of prior experience within the PBM industry
