Job Summary
Leading strategic communications for complex provider negotiations and network-related issues, the full-time Senior Communications Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor, manage communications workstreams, and ensure messaging aligns with business objectives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead communications strategies for provider negotiations and network issues, anticipating reputational and regulatory risks
- Provide issues and crisis communications support, collaborating with various teams to draft and refine messaging materials
- Oversee complex communications workstreams, ensuring clarity on roles, priorities, and decision points across teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in issues management and external communications
- Proven ability to operate as a senior advisor and influence cross-organizational teams in ambiguous situations
- Exceptional writing skills for diverse communication channels and audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in network, provider, or hospital communications is a plus
