Senior Communications Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Communications & Change Management Consultant, this remote position will develop and implement communication strategies that support organizational change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and foster readiness for change across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with organizational initiatives and project timelines
• Create and distribute clear and consistent communications across multiple channels to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
• Design tools and resources to assist employees and leaders in navigating changes affecting the campus experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in communications and change management
• Strong ability to translate complex information into accessible messages
• Experience with SharePoint and intranet content management
• Demonstrated ability to develop communication frameworks and resources for leaders
• Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies in organizational settings
