Job Summary

To enhance client engagement and satisfaction, the full-time Senior Communications Consultant will develop and implement customized communication strategies for large plans, focusing on client retention and participant experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for overall client communications and participant experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention through understanding client needs
• Develops and leads a participant communications engagement strategy that aligns with client business goals and adjusts based on feedback
• Leads presentations to client boards, translating data trends into tailored strategies that strengthen participant engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience
