Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Communications to transform their external communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale all functions in consumer, B2B, and brand communications, public relations, executive communications/thought leadership, and organic social media
- Drive an integrated communications strategy incorporating media briefings, speaking engagements, executive engagement, customer and partner activities, and creative PR programs
- Lead, manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of communications experience at public companies, health care and insurtech preferred
- Demonstrates success defining communication strategies for companies in rapidly evolving, highly regulated industries
- Possess an executive presence and ability to deliver concise and compelling positions and points of view
- A proven track record of developing compelling narratives and deploying strategic plans across various communication areas
- Analytical thinker with understanding of regulatory issues, policy issues, and business concepts
