Job Summary
To support a major transformation initiative, the remote temporary Senior Communications Lead will assess stakeholder impact, develop engagement plans, and craft targeted messaging to facilitate effective communication and change management.
Key responsibilities
- Map key stakeholders and assess readiness for change, identifying resistance and creating mitigation strategies
- Develop structured engagement plans with defined audiences, messages, and communication channels
- Craft targeted messaging and create materials to support change readiness and long-term adoption
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and Communications, preferably in consulting
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proven storytelling and facilitation skills for effective stakeholder management
- Experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives or go-to-market strategies
- Ability to operate independently and deliver polished outputs in fast-paced environments
