Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CCO, the full-time remote Senior Communications Manager will manage all communication efforts for the Customer Success organization, focusing on executive communications, internal engagement, and event-related content.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high-impact executive communications and leadership messaging that clearly articulate strategy and progress
- Own the internal communications strategy for Customer Success, including newsletters and employee engagement initiatives
- Lead the communications strategy for Customer Success-related components of events and conferences, ensuring alignment with company priorities
Required qualifications
- 6-7+ years of professional experience in communications
- Proven track record supporting Sales, Customer Success, or other Go-To-Market organizations
- Direct experience working with revenue-generating teams and understanding their operating cadence
- Proficiency in G Suite and various communication platforms such as Slack and LinkedIn
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
