Senior Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Communications Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and campaigns supporting strategic objectives
• Manage content development and distribution on internal communication channels
• Build relationships with senior leaders, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, and execute external communications tactics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in internal communication
• Proven track record in developing successful internal communication strategies
• Experience within an Operations organization with a focus on kaizen practices
• Ability to build trust with senior executives and operate as an advisor
