Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Communications Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic communications partner to the Chief People Officer and leadership team
• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies for talent and organizational effectiveness
• Lead communications for major People Solutions initiatives and support change management efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of communications experience, preferably in people solutions and organizational change
• Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations
• Proven ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives
• Strong writing and presentation creation expertise across multiple formats
• Experience supporting transformation and culture initiatives
