Senior Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Communications Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic communications partner to the Chief People Officer and leadership team
• Develop and execute communication strategies for People Solutions initiatives and organizational changes
• Draft and edit high-quality content for various communication channels and measure effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of communications experience, preferably in people solutions and organizational change
• Experience advising senior executives and working in complex organizations
• Proven ability to translate technical content into engaging narratives
• Strong writing and presentation skills across multiple formats and channels
• Experience supporting transformation and culture initiatives
