Senior Communications Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Internal & Executive Communications Manager to shape internal and executive communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the internal communications strategy across various channels to ensure employee engagement and understanding of company priorities
• Lead the development of executive communications, including presentations and internal messaging, to prepare leaders for high-visibility moments
• Partner with HR and business leaders on communications regarding organizational changes and key updates

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or executive communications, or strategic content roles
• Proven experience working with senior leaders in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in MS Suite and Zoom; familiarity with Axios HQ and Asana is preferred
• Experience leading global town halls or large-scale employee communications
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional work
