Job Summary

Owning the communications strategy for a major global client, the full-time Senior Communications Manager will manage all member-facing communications across various channels, ensuring clarity and consistency while driving client partnerships and strategic planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all member-facing communications across multiple channels
  • Engage in campaign planning to align on goals, audiences, and messaging direction, creating a coherent communications calendar
  • Partner with the client lead as a senior-level communications advisor, maintaining alignment with brand governance standards
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of communications experience in client-facing or account-embedded roles, preferably with a Fortune 500 or 1000 technology company
  • Proven track record of managing communications strategy across multiple channels and high content volume
  • Experience navigating enterprise brand governance and complex client approval processes
  • Background in health, wellness, benefits, or a related industry is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
