Job Summary
Owning the communications strategy for a major global client, the full-time Senior Communications Manager will manage all member-facing communications across various channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment while driving client partnerships and delivering quality assurance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all member-facing communications across multiple channels
- Lead communications strategy and planning by aligning on goals, audiences, and messaging direction
- Provide editorial and creative direction to teams, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of deliverables
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of communications experience, preferably in client-facing roles supporting Fortune 500 or 1000 companies
- Proven track record of managing communications strategy across multiple channels and high content volume
- Experience navigating enterprise brand governance and complex client approval processes
- Background in health, wellness, benefits, or a related industry is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and content management systems
