Job Summary

Supporting the Global Customer Experience Enablement organization, the remote Senior Communications Program Manager will plan, create, and execute communication strategies that drive awareness and engagement for key business initiatives and customer programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to achieve strategic goals and oversee the integration of activities
  • Develop and execute communication plans, curate content, and publish according to schedules to support customer engagement
  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications, target audiences, and channels to support awareness and engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in integrated Marketing Communications or Project Management focused on communications
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
