Key Responsibilities

• Partner with market and corporate services leaders to deploy consumer experience initiatives
• Develop and manage communication plans and toolkits for consumer-focused projects
• Design and oversee the SharePoint site for Consumer Experience Delivery content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field
• 2 years of experience in developing communications plans and toolkits
• 5 years of experience in healthcare or a related area
• Competency in project and change management
• Experience in developing intranet/website pages, particularly using SharePoint
