Senior Communications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to align strategic messages within their innovation laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide the Executive Leadership Team in internal communication efforts
• Develop and implement strategic internal communications that engage and connect employees
• Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of communication initiatives using metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, or relevant technical training and certifications
• 10 years of Communications and Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal communications platforms
• Knowledge of SharePoint content best practices and experience with data analysis
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and knowledge of AP Style
