Senior Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance IT-wide communication and employee engagement, the full-time Senior Communications Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, develop internal communication strategies, and lead change management initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with organizational priorities
• Design and implement culture and engagement strategies that inspire and motivate team members
• Lead communication and change management strategies for large-scale programs and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Organizational Communication, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
• Three years of experience in internal IT communications
• Expertise in internal communications strategies and tactics
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
