Senior Community Director

Job Summary

To build a learning community for Microsoft Global Skilling and AI Skills Navigator, the full-time Senior Community Director will define and lead the community strategy, collaborate with various teams, and develop programs that enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead a global community strategy aligned with business and skilling priorities
• Develop structured programs and community activations that foster engagement and collaboration
• Utilize data and insights to track community health and improve programs and user experience

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling online communities with sustained engagement
• Experience in leading community strategy within large-scale enterprises or technology companies
• Strong program management skills and ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations
• Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics to optimize programs and demonstrate impact
