Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Community Engagement Manager, Community Leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and engage Community Leaders through education and activation within the Leaders Hubs
- Design and implement community engagement strategies, including programming and resources based on Community Leader feedback
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance and align with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in program management with a focus on go-to-market delivery
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships effectively
- Strong copywriting skills and experience with VIP community cohorts
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels
- Technical skills in community platforms and events management tools are advantageous
