Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community Engagement Manager, Community Leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and engage Community Leaders through education and activation within the Leaders Hubs
  • Design and implement community engagement strategies, including programming and resources based on Community Leader feedback
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance and align with business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in program management with a focus on go-to-market delivery
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships effectively
  • Strong copywriting skills and experience with VIP community cohorts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at various levels
  • Technical skills in community platforms and events management tools are advantageous
