Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in community leadership or related disciplines, with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience in setting community management standards across complex organizations
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and performance evaluation metrics
• Experience managing large volunteer programs and leading cross-functional initiatives
