Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director/AVP- Community Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Experts/Consultants to build a sense of community and belonging
  • Assist in onboarding and training new Experts/Consultants for success on the platform
  • Advocate for the needs of the community and facilitate conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with freelancer economy dynamics and platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, forums, and online communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
