Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Community Manager, Clinician Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine collaboration strategies with physician thought leaders and stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical society stakeholders
• Utilize KPIs to monitor engagement and contribute to account plans and community health goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in customer success, product, or client relations in the healthcare sector
• Ability to read and understand clinical and scientific content
• Background in medicine, healthcare, or sciences is preferred
• Experience working with medical device or pharmaceutical companies is a plus
