Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Community Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and execute a global community strategy, transforming customers into advocates while building both digital and real-world community programs.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Quince's global community strategy to drive growth and advocacy
  • Build systems that convert customers into participants and advocates through community-led initiatives
  • Design and launch scalable offline community programs across priority markets
Required qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience building or leading community for a consumer brand
  • Proven ability to build both digital and real-world communities
  • Experience developing ambassador, creator, or membership programs
  • Strong understanding of community's intersection with culture, content, and events
  • Exceptional relationship-building and storytelling instincts
